This is the Krylon H2O Latex rattle can. I tried using it to provide
a base coat on the LH and RH turnouts like the Fast Tracks tutorial.
It sounds good because it's low odor (it really is) and latex, but I
just got a thick gooey mess. Luckily it peeled off the rails and
wasn't too nasty on the ties. After I installed the turnouts, I
repainted them with my airbrush and a mixture of 75% rail brown and
25% weathered black (Polyscale).
